We stayed at Hotel Glorieta for a girls weekend and had such a great experience. I really love the new branding and refreshed direction the hotel is going in. It has a lively, welcoming vibe that made our stay feel really fun. The Lady Dove Lounge staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and warm, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and inviting. The food and drinks were great too, which made it such an easy place to sit, talk, and enjoy the night. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back. Such a great spot for a girls trip.

Wonderful hotel, place, design, big room, wonderful staff, especially Naomi. The bar is fantastic, especially on Fridays with great music and food! The Glorietta staff made my birthday, thank you very much!

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and convenient parking. The staff was friendly. Restaurant had tasty hors d’oevres which made an easy dinner after a long travel day. My husband had his morning coffee in the lobby by the fireplace. Overall a very nice stay and we would return.

Naomi and Sasha were wonderful at the front desk. The hotel is charming and in a GREAT part of town. Fantastic continental breakfast. Pet friendly. We did our research. Other hotels were not in the best part of town... We highly recommend this one. Zero complaints. Pleasantly surprised.

I recently had the opportunity to stay as a guest in one of the suites. The customer service was impeccable!! Naomi went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and was satisfied with my room. The bar staff was kind and attentive. Quiet but very friendly place to be cozy and unwind. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet, relaxing evening.

Was a bit skeptical at first after seeing reviews but Sasha made my MONTH! She told me exactly where everything was, what time everything opened and closed, where to park, and even convinced me to stay in Santa Fe instead of doing a day trip to Pagosa Springs. She gave me ALL her local spots, and I can’t wait to explore the city tomorrow! She’s the best!

I stayed three nights at Hotel Glorieta. I believe it has the best location in Santa Fe and the rates are very reasonable relative to downtown hotels. It is close to the major landmarks, super clean, and the staff is very kind. If I return to Santa Fe, I would definetely stay there. As others have shared, the rooms are a bit dark, but they are so well kept that I did not mind, plus if you are not spending a lot of time in the room is not a big deal.

I echo others regarding the warm and welcoming lobby. Being quite cold outside when I and my companions arrived, the fireplace was the perfect prescription to relax body, mind and soul. Staff friendliness and competency was exhibited throughout our visit, from initial contact through final checkout at the reception desk and all other encounters between (housekeeping, bartender, buffet staff, etc.). In my experience, encountering such universally positive staff in one place is rare. We were pleased to catch a jazz band in the upstairs lounge before retiring for the night. The livingroom-like lounge with great views through the expansive glass panes was casual and comfortable. Upon arrival a woman, reminiscent of Norah Jones, was singing while the three-person band played the instruments. It was not until the song was over that we learned the band offered the opportunity for guests to sing. The lady was not a professional singer... Wow! The guest room with its fresh paint was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds/pillows/linen and a lovely view overlooking the pool and surrounding grounds and patio. And it was QUIET. In fact, everywhere we were in the hotel was quiet, at least while we were there. The only exception was when the heater came on during the night, which in contrast to the otherwise intense quiet was vaguely reminiscent of a freight train :-) No drapes on the window, but there were blinds which provide a clean and tidy look and were sufficient for privacy and shielding excessive light. Each morning while my companions still slept, I snuck out to the lobby to enjoy coffee and orange infused water while sitting comfortably by the fire and watching the sun rise over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We found it very easy to secure reasonably priced Uber rides to various locations in Santa Fe. Assuming one has the ability and desire to do so, there is also much to see and do within a 3 mile walking distance. The simple breakfast buffet offered basics and was reasonably priced: sour dough bread, scrambled eggs, pan fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, yogurt, granola, milk, coffee, orange juice. It was NOT just a cereal or pastry bar, THANKFULLY. If a person demands gourmet options, there are plenty elsewhere in Santa Fe at a much higher price. For me, fair food at a reasonable price works perfectly most of the time for breakfast. In summary, this hotel was comfortable with friendly staff, was reasonably priced and conveniently located. I would happily stay there again.
